Position overview :
As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Tiffany promise. You will strive to discover your Clients' needs and guide them across the Brand. You will be a role model to the team and support your Team Manager in operational duties. You will proactively reach out to your Clients to achieve individual and team goals.

- Demonstrate Client Experience Behaviors aligned with the Tiffany Promise and identified through our Mystery Shopping and Voice of Customer Programs.
- Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences, take action on TEI performance and client feedback, organize Private Appointments, BAT (Breakfasts at Tiffany), and proactively prospect new clients through your network.
- Resolve client and peer concerns by leveraging judgment and thorough knowledge of policy, procedure, and guidelines.
- Act as a role model to the team and lead by example. Share expertise generously and support peers in their onboarding and growth.
Deepen relationships with our clients to drive lifetime loyalty.
- Support operations and sales functions to help the team achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets. Be accountable for sales results.
- Demonstrate sales leadership; capture client data during interactions to cultivate new and existing clients, work on BIOs, and strategically build up key information for client books and outreach plans to develop lifetime relationships.
- Act as Guest Experience Manager and participate as a team player in all activities contributing to the store's overall performance. Help lead morning huddles, elevate team input, challenge the status quo, and seek solutions.
- Develop and maintain high standards of Brand and product knowledge.
- Drive business through key product pillars, with a strong focus on Diamond Expertise & High Jewelry Sales.
- Respect Brand standards in grooming and behavior at all times.
Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
- Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Partner and communicate effectively with Client Advisors, Management, and clients to respond and follow up on requests quickly and accurately.
- Support company operational efficiency by maximizing productivity and providing feedback on process improvements.
- Assist management in daily operations (stock, visual merchandising, opening/closing duties) and coordinate work and coaching team members when acting as manager on duty.
- Lead efforts in partnership with operations professionals to ensure operational excellence in all tasks.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of retail experience with comprehensive knowledge of stock and store operations, visual merchandising, after-sales, and administration.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Organized, detail-oriented, with a professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to perform various tasks based on daily business needs and possess a commercial mindset.
