Responsibilities:
Client Advisors embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, making each experience extraordinary with their personal touch. They are excellent communicators and brand ambassadors, passionate about Tiffany, and entrepreneurial in spirit. Developing client relationships and exceeding sales goals are central to their role. Building their own business through relationship development and sales is a key aspect of their responsibilities.
Sales: Deepen client relationships to foster loyalty and increase spending. Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collect client data, cultivate new and existing relationships, and generate sales primarily through repeat business and key product pillars.
Service: Enhance the in-store experience by providing memorable moments. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany ambassador during every interaction, utilizing the Tiffany Touch. Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities, creating unique experiences and acting on client feedback and TEI performance data.
