Dfakto is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Business Odoo who is passionate about both IT solutions and client-centric approaches. This role involves managing and guiding the implementation of Odoo projects, serving as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. As a Team Lead, you'll oversee multiple projects with moderate risk and resource requirements. Success in this role requires not only strong analytical thinking but also effective communication to convey complex concepts to non-technical users.

Your Tasks will be:

• Act as a pivotal liaison between business and IT, conveying business priorities, challenging IT solutions, and overseeing implementation.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to budgets across projects.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to capture client requirements.
• Analyze captured requirements and translate them into well-documented user stories.
• Collaborate with the development team to review technical analyses and explore potential solutions.
• Present analyses to clients, iterating until consensus is reached.
• Define comprehensive test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor development progress and provide assistance to developers as needed.
• Prepare and present developments to clients.
• Manage data migration and implementation in the Odoo environment.
• Coach clients on efficient Odoo usage through individual sessions and optionally deliver functional training.
• Prepare and discuss the invoicing with the customer.
• Leverage collaboration tools effectively.
• Foster a culture of excellence within your teams.
• Supervise the work of consultants.

Profile

• Hold a master's degree in a relevant field (Business Management, Computer Sciences, Engineering, etc.).
• Possess over 3-4 years of hands-on Odoo experience (Consultancy, financial or Auditing background is a plus).
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Exhibit solution-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
• Showcase excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Be proficient in French and English (Dutch proficiency is advantageous).
• Demonstrate collaborative teamwork and independent work capabilities.
• Possess strong communication skills for building lasting client relationships.
• Easily transition between different subjects.
• Show enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of the company.

Nice to have Qualifications

• Practical experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview/Qliksense.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate on acceptable solutions.
• Knowledge of Accounting and/or Manufacturing modules within Odoo.
