Position: Omnichannel Communications Project Manager (M/W/X), Permanent Contract

Within the EME Marketing Department's image/creation team, the Omnichannel Communications Project Manager will oversee the production of visual content for Sephora, reporting to the Omnichannel Communication Manager.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing digital asset production for the EME region, ensuring content consistency across retail and digital platforms.
  • Following up on the digital animation plan from creative briefs to asset delivery.
  • Consolidating content requirements for e-commerce and special campaigns like Sephoria.
  • Coordinating asset production for corporate communications and events such as Pride, International Women's Day, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Managing exchanges with content agencies and organizing product shoots, including post-production follow-up.
  • Monitoring deliverables, managing budgets (between 950K and 1130K), and coordinating with DAM tools and partners.
  • Training teams on DAM functionalities and handling internal requests related to brand expression and communication.
  • Keeping abreast of beauty trends and market developments.
