Permanent Contract - Omnichannel Communications Project Manager (M / W / X)

Working as part of the EME Marketing Department in the image / creation department, the Omnichannel Communications Project Manager will centralize the production of visual content for Sephora. You will report to the Omnichannel Communication Manager.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

1. Coordinate and manage the production of digital assets, both omni and digital, for the EME region.
2. Ensure content consistency with elements produced for retail in the production of omni assets.
3. Follow-up on the digital animation plan: from developing the creative brief, creative orientations / intentions to the delivery of assets.
4. Consolidate country / department requirements for digital content on e-commerce sites for specific temporary needs (e.g., Sephoria).
5. Coordinate and manage asset production for on & off-line corporate communications or events such as SUMMER / WINTER CLUB, Pride, International Women's Day.
6. Coordinate needs linked to curation campaigns, such as Best-seller or Novelty communications.
7. Coordinate and produce assets for seasonal "travel size" communications, both on & off-line.
8. Coordinate exchanges with content production agencies.
9. Organize product shoots, supporting shoot teams and managing post-production and delivery of assets.
10. Monitor deliverables such as retouching, translations, and formats.
11. Manage budgets for these productions (between 950K and 1130K).
12. Coordinate the DAM with external partners (ADOBE) and internal partners (IT and Legal).
13. Train new entrants and other departments in the use of the DAM, including new functionalities and tool improvements.
14. Handle requests from internal departments such as internal communication or training (logos or brand expression documents).
15. Actively monitor beauty sectors and emerging trends both online and offline.
