As a Chef De Partie at Crazy Pizza, you will be an essential member of the kitchen team, responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen. Monitor stock levels in your section, ensure proper rotation of ingredients, and flag any shortages or reordering needs to senior chefs.

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie, ideally in an Italian restaurant or a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strong understanding of Italian cuisine, particularly pizza-making and other traditional Italian dishes.
