In the Lorraine region, API 1ers Pas is seeking a Culinary Production Manager for its Central Kitchen specializing in Early Childhood, which prepares 1,900 meals daily in Morville les Vic (57) in Moselle. This is a full-time CDI position, Monday to Friday, responsible for coordinating and supervising culinary production in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. You will manage a team of 8 people, organize daily production, coordinate various workshops, and ensure the quality and visual presentation of the meals, which are prepared with fresh ingredients. We offer a permanent contract (CDI), full-time, Monday to Friday. Benefits include: 13th month salary, profit sharing, health insurance, on-site meals, and 50% transportation subsidy. We seek passionate candidates with relevant training.
