We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our Danone marketing team.

This CDI will take place in Paris (75), in ourhead office.

In this position, you will report to Silvia, our Global Brand Marketing Manager for our brand Danone.

Your main responsibilities will focus on:

Be an active part of the communication and equity projects on the Danone brand globally to deliver sustainable growth for the brand across the globe.

  • Co-lead the global communication strategy and execution for the brand together with the BMM
  • Own the brand communication strategy and execution beyond Tv. Owner of the digital, shopper and PR touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with strategy and S&I to translate consumer insights into action across countries and lead the full consumer testing process.
  • Lead media strategy for the brand and recommend and animate the same across key markets.
  • Liaise with all the brand key stakeholders: markets to ensure smooth adaptation and execution of growth event calendars, agencies, ICP team, legal team and SIA team.
  • Lead Danone Brand Communication playbook
  • Usage rights, finance management

About You

Key requirements:

  • Strong consumer understanding
  • Understanding of marketing and media fundamentals
  • Understanding and experience in communication creative and executional processes.
  • Astute project management competencies along with short- and long-term vision
  • Strategic thinking paired with pragmatic implementation skills
  • Experience in content creation

  • Capacity to navigate complex challenges
  • Entrepreneurship and initiative
  • Collaboration skills to work together with the countries and partners
  • Leadership & capacity to influence key stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Other specific knowledge:

  • Fluent English.
  • Spanish or French is a plus
