Your role as an Executive Assistant will be to support HR and Finance Directors and assist departments with daily activities, providing administrative support. Working in this environment requires collaboration and coordination with teams to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist teams with daily activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies, including document management, archive maintenance, and privacy monitoring.
  • Manage departmental budgets, including processing orders, requests for purchase, invoice follow-up, and vendor relations.
  • Organize team meetings and support department directors with scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new employees and ensure their smooth integration into the team.

Candidate Profile

Niveau Bac+2/3 with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
