Position

We are seeking reception hosts and hostesses for a full-time permanent position with one of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming visitors and managing phone calls
  • Managing badges and mail
  • Performing various tasks such as light maintenance, handling, and DIY
  • Using English for reception duties
Reception
  • Physical and phone reception, visitor management, intercom handling
  • Updating welcome booklets, booking taxis
  • Information interface for staff
  • Follow-up of clearances, organizing visits for newcomers
  • Managing email inbox and responding promptly
Access Badges
  • Activating, deactivating, and tracking employee and visitor badges
  • Applying security procedures
Rooms & Spaces
  • Booking and processing room requests via Places or Outlook
Parking
  • Monitoring parking access and occupancy rates
Mail & Parcels
  • Receiving, sorting, distributing, and sending mail and parcels
  • Tracking specific shipments and managing delivery notes
Catering
  • Managing and ordering catering services
  • Booking via Places, receiving, and setting up
Suppliers & Supplies
  • Ordering office supplies
Stock & First Aid Kit
  • Monitoring and restocking the first aid kit
Logistics & Keys
  • Managing keys for premises, cabinets, lockers, and furniture
  • Tracking recovered items via clearances
Occupancy Rate
  • Daily monitoring using Census tool
Displays
  • Updating evacuation plans and marketing files for screens
General Tasks
  • Preparing and tidying rooms (furniture, equipment)
  • Moving furniture and handling small logistics
  • Daily parking patrols (checking for leaks, anomalies)
  • Reporting and tracking interventions via Followme and Service Now
  • Inspecting premises (cleanliness, access, equipment)
  • Replenishing supplies in self-service areas
  • Following up on pending requests, reminding service providers
  • Assisting with audiovisual setup and troubleshooting
  • Performing minor second-work tasks (locksmithing, drilling, signage)
  • Handling small electrical repairs (breakers, wiring)
