Qualifications

• Bonne connaissance des opérations aériennes et d'AIR-OPS.

Responsabilités

• Mettre en œuvre et améliorer les procédures liées à la surveillance de la conformité.
• Développer et exécuter le programme de surveillance de la conformité.
• Former le personnel sur le système de gestion de la sécurité.

Job Description:

The Compliance Department is a vital part of the airline, responsible for monitoring conformity across all operational areas: flight operations, ground operations, airworthiness management, and staff training. The Deputy Compliance Supervisor reports directly to the Head of Compliance Monitoring and will undertake tasks including:

• Implementing and improving procedures related to compliance monitoring;
• Developing and executing the compliance surveillance program through audits and assessments;
• Handling findings from internal compliance checks and authority surveillance (DSAC, OSAC);
• Leading the company's Safety Management System in collaboration with the Safety Management team;
• Monitoring periodic compliance updates related to company and client operations;
• Participating in projects related to company evolution, including preparing and following up on approval dossiers;
• Training staff on the Safety Management System.

Applicants should have good knowledge of AIR-OPS and airline operations; prior experience in an airline is a plus. Fluency in English is required. A valid driving license (Permis B) and a clean criminal record are mandatory.

Contract: Permanent (CDI)
