Description du poste :
The position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Managing supplier relations:
Develop and master knowledge of suppliers and the upstream market: sales, industrial facilities & know-how, strengths & weaknesses, as well as new entrants.
Manage supplier mapping and collaborate fully with strategic suppliers.
Guarantee supplier service quality (quality, logistics, economic, industrial, regulatory and CSR) and the proper execution of requested services.
Manage, communicate and lead supplier performance monitoring and reviews.
Help settle disputes.
Monitor, update and report on our suppliers' CSR performance in our tools.
Negotiate and monitor RFAs.
Manage suppliers' industrial capacities, production workflow and industrial footprint.
Participate in drawing up and monitoring business continuity plans.
Implement continuous improvement with suppliers to achieve purchasing gains or supply agility (benchmarking, value analysis, adapted contractualization, TCO approach, lead time reduction, Life Cycle Management, etc.).
Managing new launches:
For new launches (themed events: Christmas, collaborations, new products), the buyer manages the purchase of packaging, bulk and packaging services. To do this, he/she:
Understands the brief entrusted to him/her, and puts him/her in a position to challenge it.
Defines the panel of suppliers to be interviewed for each project, in line with the defined strategy.
Launches calls for tender via the e-Procurement platform.
Carries out margin simulations and makes proposals to achieve predefined targets.
Checks production capacity and proposes solutions to optimize/secure production.
Guarantees the legal framework according to the defined process.
Negotiates product launch and restocking prices, commercial conditions and supply conditions.
Negotiates exclusive rights.
Allocates new markets.
Analyzes, selects and submits proposals to internal customers.
Coordinates Christmas offers and feedback to internal customers.
Manage and monitor performance:
Monitor and analyze project margins.
Monitor and generate purchasing and supplier performance reports.
Set up, negotiate and monitor agility contracts.
Enter purchasing data in SAP and referencing tools.
Manage supplier listings within the framework of defined processes.
Participate in the preparation of landings, budget and inventory reduction.
Pilots withdrawals.
Participates as a key user in tool development projects.
May be required to manage one or more cross-functional projects.

Business/engineering school or Bac + 5 university course (with purchasing specialization).
Professional English.
3 to 5 years' experience in purchasing.
Good knowledge of promotional items / packaging or make-up; or skincare depending on portfolio.
Ability to adapt to an international environment.
Leadership & management skills: ability to negotiate, results-oriented, strategic vision, organizational skills, ability to work in project mode, team spirit and collaborative spirit.
