Job Description:
Directly reporting to the Development Manager within the Studio and Knit Department, your responsibilities will include:
- Technical Development:
- Sourcing materials, supports, and finishes based on Artistic Direction and Stylistic requests;
- Researching innovative materials, techniques, new stitches, and sustainable materials, and creating a thread library;
- Preparing technical files on Illustrator (technical drawings + explanations);
- Creating models in PLM: developing bills of materials and measurement tables;
- Launching files to suppliers respecting the Studio's timeline;
- Prioritizing models weekly for fitting;
- Taking measurements, conducting fittings, and communicating feedback to factories until handover to production;
- Monitoring development schedules;
- Ensuring product compliance with Creative Direction.
Interface with Production Team:- Weekly meetings with production partners;
- Transmitting product information and pricing to production partners;
- Ensuring PLM information accuracy before collection presentations;
- Supporting production with style and finish issues;
- Conducting fittings;
- Participating in trade shows, supplier meetings, and factory visits.

Qualifications:
Holder of a degree in patternmaking or knitwear technology, with initial experience in high-end ready-to-wear, particularly in specialized knit categories.
Strong interest in product development, finishes, and a thorough understanding of knitwear construction.
Proficient in Excel, Adobe Suite, PLM software, and comfortable with various IT tools/software. Creative, organized, flexible, responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing priorities effectively.
Fluent in speaking and writing English.
