Sephora, part of the LVMH Group, is seeking a Brand Partnership Assistant (F/H/X) on a fixed-term contract in the Paris region. You will provide daily operational support to Brand Partnership Managers across Europe, coordinating meetings, tracking negotiations, and ensuring timely follow-ups to drive efficient deal execution.

The role emphasizes administrative and operational tasks, data consolidation, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s to Master’s degree from a business school, university, or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of experience, ideally gained through internship, apprenticeship, or first job in commercial, purchasing, category management, finance, supply chain, marketing, assistant or project coordination.
  • Strong numeric sense, data consolidation and tracking.
  • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with tools and processes.

Responsabilités

  • Provide daily operational support to Brand Partnership Managers across Europe, assisting in preparation and follow‑up of negotiations and commercial agreements.
  • Prepare elements for negotiation meetings: data collection, consolidate business information, update tracking files, and assist in meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate meetings and key events: room booking, spaces, visitor access, invitations, and necessary connections or tools.
  • Streamline daily workflow with minor operational, administrative, and logistical tasks requiring rigor and service mindset.
  • Ensure follow-up of negotiated agreements: circulation of documents, deadlines and reliability of shared information.
  • Assist in managing negotiation documents: receipt, filing, archiving T&Cs and pricing, preparation of preliminary review elements, and transmission to legal contacts.
  • Possibly participate in drafting contractual frameworks and commercial appendices in support of the team.
  • Act as cross‑functional coordinator for execution follow-up: reminders, status updates, approvals, and signature tracking.
  • Support reporting for scope: compiling sales, margins, sell-in, KPIs, and updating tracking files.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

  • Provide daily operational support to Brand Partnership Managers across a European scope, assisting in the preparation and follow-up of annual negotiations and commercial agreements.
  • Prepare the necessary elements for negotiation meetings: data collection, consolidation of business information, updating tracking files, assisting in the preparation of support materials, and operational organization of meetings.
  • Take charge of the practical coordination of meetings and key team events: room booking, preparation of meeting spaces, coordination of visitor access, invitation follow-ups, verification of logistical needs, and support for necessary connections or tools.
  • Streamline the team’s daily workflow by handling minor operational, administrative, and logistical requests that require rigor, responsiveness, and a strong service mindset.
  • Ensure the administrative and operational follow-up of negotiated agreements, guaranteeing the smooth circulation of documents, compliance with deadlines, and the reliability of shared information.
  • Contribute to the management of negotiation documents: receipt, filing, and archiving of general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) and pricing, document comparisons, preparation of preliminary review elements, and transmission to the relevant legal contacts.
  • Depending on experience, the opportunity to participate in drafting contractual frameworks and commercial appendices in support of the team, in compliance with negotiation processes and timelines.
  • Act as a cross-functional coordinator for the execution follow-up of agreements: follow-up reminders, status updates, consolidation of approvals, and tracking of signatures.
  • Assist with reporting for your scope: compilation of sales, margins, sell-in, key KPIs, and updating tracking files necessary for activity management.
  • Contribute to handling recurring operational issues in support of the team, notably price disputes, returns, monitoring of declarations, brokerage contract management (mandates), or other business coordination needs.
  • Be a reliable and rigorous support for the BPM team, in a role primarily focused on execution, administration, operational coordination, and management of daily tasks necessary for smooth operations.
  • This position is above all an operational and administrative support role designed to facilitate the daily work of the Brand Partnership team. It is neither an autonomous negotiation role nor a strategic position.   • A graduate with a Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) from a business school, university, or equivalent institution.
  • Initial experience ranging from 0 to 2 years, ideally gained through an internship, apprenticeship, or first job in a commercial, purchasing, category management, finance, supply chain, marketing, assistant, or project coordination environment.
  • Highly comfortable with numbers, tracking files, and data consolidation.
  • Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; general ease with tools, processes, and collaborative environments is expected.

  • The ability to follow detailed processes, secure deadlines, and maintain high-quality execution in a demanding environment.
  • A practical mindset, reactivity, and the ability to effectively advance concrete daily tasks, including administrative, logistical, or highly operational ones.
  • Strong service orientation: you enjoy helping a team save time, resolving daily friction points, and securing the details that allow projects to progress.
  • The ability to take charge of execution tasks seriously, without necessarily seeking high visibility or a decision-making role.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a liking for teamwork within a matrix and cross-functional organization.
  • Curiosity, a service mindset, and a desire to learn in an international and omnichannel environment.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
  • An affinity for the beauty and cosmetics world is a plus.
