Sephora University au sein du groupe LVMH recrute un(Stage) Assistant Chef de Projet pour soutenir les formations et les activités de communication et coordination.

Vous contribuerez au suivi des programmes, à la gestion des certifications, et au contact avec les parties prenantes internes, tout en développant du contenu engageant sur les canaux dédiés.

Qualifications

• Etudiant(e) en école de commerce ou équivalent (Bac+3/5).
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral.

Responsabilités

• Soutenir l’organisation de formations et la gestion des communautés d’experts Sephora University.
• Participer à l’organisation des programmes de coaching et suivi des participants (informations, certifications, communications).
• Assurer le maintien des certifications Qualiopi (suivi et relances).
• Travailler avec le Directeur de Sephora University et l’équipe sur diverses missions (réunions, administration, budgets, commandes).
• Créer et partager du contenu de qualité sur les canaux de communication de Sephora University, en lien avec la stratégie globale.
• Assurer la coordination opérationnelle et le soutien lors des formations en présentiel.

• Support the organization of training events, Expert communities management, and seminars for Sephora University.
• Play a key role in organizing the coaching training program and the program dedicated to trainers (participant tracking, presentation adjustments, certification management, and communications).
• Assist the team in maintaining Qualiopi certification standards: certification requires constant monitoring and follow-up.
• Work with the Director of Sephora University and the team on various support missions (stakeholder meetings, administration, budget purchase requests, orders, etc.).
• Create and share high-quality, engaging content on Sephora University's communication channels, in line with the global strategy and in coordination with the manager.
• Ensure operational coordination and support for in-person skincare training sessions.
• Prepare for and participate in assessment centers.
