Job Description
Lanvin is looking for a Marketing Coordinator on a fixed-term contract. Your role will be to support the implementation of marketing campaigns across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce, assist in product storytelling and go-to-market planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- 360 Marketing Calendar: Assist in building and continuously updating the 360 marketing calendar. Keep track of product deliveries and adjust the calendar accordingly.
- Cross-Market Coordination: Ensure all markets are properly briefed on the 360 marketing calendar in a timely manner. Oversee its adaptation to local specificities as needed.
- Product Story Planning: Support the in the creation of editorial stories by analyzing retail, wholesale, and e-commerce assortments. Support the definition of the timing and rollout of each story in sync with deliveries.
- Copywriting:Support the development of overarching brand narratives and their adaptation across various touchpoints.
- Wholesale Activation: Support wholesale partners in driving visibility and sell-through via pop-ins, co-branded activations, and B2B content.
- Retail Marketing: Coordinate marketing implementation across Lanvin’s retail network. Proactively propose business-supporting initiatives. Ensure VM storytelling aligns with product focus and brand narrative.
- E-Commerce: support the ecommerce team in the deployment of digital storytelling and marketing activations such as homepage banners, landing pages and CRM tie-ins.
- Digital Insights & Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze KPIs across organic/paid social, e-commerce, and CRM. Use insights to inform future campaigns and optimize formats.
- Benchmarking: Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing planning.
- Trend Forecasting: Provide strategic input to design and merchandising teams based on digital, cultural, and retail insights.
Profile
- With a higher education background in marketing
- At least one experience in a similar role
- Proven strong fashion and luxury sensitivity
- Able to combine rigor and organization with strong responsiveness
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and french
