CDD - International Business Lawyer – Licensing and Products (F / M)

Context :
Within a dynamic Legal Department and under the responsibility of the Senior International Business Lawyer, your mission is to ensure actual legal security of business in the international regions you will be responsible for, in close coordination with the tender teams and you will be responsible for the following activities for all or part of the Business Units of the AXENS Group.

Educational background and Required Level :
You have a Master’s degree in international contract law or international business law. You have at least 5 to 8 years' experience as an International Contracts Lawyer in an energy company. Knowledge of license agreements is a plus.
You have an excellent knowledge of contract law (Civil and Common Law) and master the general principles of private and public tendering abroad.
You speak and write perfectly legal English, as an essential tool for your daily life.
