In a context of strong growth and transformation of Watches and Fine Jewelry activity, you will work closely with the Talent Development, Engagement & internal communication and HR Retail projects WFJ Director on the WFJ Talent Retail strategy across the different regions.

WHAT IMPACT CAN YOU CREATE

In this role, you will participate in developing projects and guidelines on diverse HR topics to support our International WFJ HR community.

In strong partnership with the Talent Development, Engagement & internal communication, HR Retail projects WFJ Director and our local WFJ HRD, your main responsibilities are:

1. Facilitate the WFJ talent discussion within the different regions: setting up processes, routines, and following up actively on our action plans and succession plans.
2. Participate actively in the implementation of our WFJ onboarding experience and development programs in strong partnership with the Talent Development team.
3. Contribute to the High-end career path project in full collaboration with the High-end Business Department. Support in the implementation of the project within the regions.
4. Reinforce the WFJ data management across all Regions and provide relevant data analysis to maximize our actions and decisions; and to support the local WFJ HRD with relevant insights and benchmarks.
5. Create relevant People tools, assets, guidelines to support WFJ HRD Regions in their daily job: such as boutique opening book, people budget, etc.
