• Analyse mensuelle des données réelles et prévisionnelles.
• Préparation de présentations pour le Conseil de l'UE et le COMEX.

We are looking for an EU Category Performance Controller to join our EU Zone Finance team in the Global Finance function. The position is based in Paris.

Your main responsibilities will be to :

• Design new WOW / tools to implement the project within the EU finance team – and take part in the IA implementation
• Evolve, organize, and coordinate monthly categories reporting
• Develop and maintain categories forecasts
• Oversee the processing and consolidation of topline performance, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Conduct monthly analysis of actual and forecasted data and prepare presentations for the EU Board & COMEX
• Coordinate with local and regional teams to optimize business performance and processes
• Prepare and present category, topline, and P&L information to management
• Lead target setting and follow-up at regional level: prepare targets and motivate CBUs towards achieving them
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
• Provide training and support to local finance teams

The criteria below are indicative. Candidates with different experience and skills may also be considered.

• At least 5+ years of experience in financial control, topline controlling, business controlling, or audit
• Strong analytical skills
• Adaptable, independent, with the capacity to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to build good working relationships with all stakeholders
• Experience managing confidential and sensitive information
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
