Description du poste

As Assistant to the Head of Digital Product, you will support the Lacoste.com Product team (website) in managing and optimizing digital products. You will be involved in all stages of the product lifecycle, supporting the Head of Digital Products and Product Owners.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Support for the organization of the Digital Factory.
  2. Assist in quarterly planning, including preparing business request collection campaigns, consolidating, and pre-qualifying requests.
  3. Contribute to pre-scoping business needs by challenging business teams, checking backlog, participating with tech leads, and assisting with estimations.
  4. Coordinate between technical, design, data, and marketing teams.
  5. Maintain and monitor the Jira timeline to communicate progress.
  6. Assist Product Owners in organizing backlog and prioritizing tasks (Jira, Miro).
  7. Track delivery and promote new features internally.
  8. Conduct competitive and technological watch.
  9. Gather user insights from the Data team and ensure actions are dispatched within the Digital Factory.
  10. Prepare presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
  11. Support communication with various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Education from a business school, engineering school, or university with specialization in digital, marketing, or project management.
  • Interest in digital, e-commerce, and technological products.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally in product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma).
