Une agence de développement internationale située à Paris recherche un expert en marketing B2B pour soutenir les opérations et la communication. Vous aurez pour mission de coordonner les actions de communication, d'analyser le positionnement de l'agence, et de former les acteurs opérationnels. Le candidat idéal possèdera un diplôme de niveau Bac +4/5 et une solide expérience en marketing. Ce poste propose un contrat à durée déterminée de 6 mois à partir d'octobre 2025.

Qualifications

  • Expérience significative dans un département marketing.
  • Expérience dans les secteurs bancaire ou de coopération internationale est un plus.
  • Rigueur et créativité.

Responsabilités

  • Soutenir le réseau dans ses besoins marketing B2B.
  • Analyser le positionnement d'AFD.
  • Gérer et diffuser des outils marketing et de communication.

What will be your role?

  1. Supporting the network in its B2B marketing needs:
  • Coordinate and implement B2B communication actions with field agencies and other Group subsidiaries (Proparco and EF) in line with the Group's Strategic Orientation Plan and marketing strategy;
  • Develop and deploy tools to promote the AFD Group's offerings to various target audiences;

Work closely with service providers to create visibility tools in multiple languages.

  • Analyzing AFD's positioning:
  • Conduct weekly monitoring using AFD Watch and prepare a monthly report highlighting key points about AFD and a panel of development institutions.

    Create and contribute to thematic benchmarks.

  • Supporting other divisions through transversal activities:
  • Participate in discussions on financial innovation and help implement selected initiatives.

    Enhance and expand the marketing service offerings.

  • Managing and disseminating marketing and communication tools:
    • Develop and support the implementation of a B2B marketing and communication training plan within the overall AFD training framework;
    • Oversee and contribute to creating training programs to meet operational needs in B2B marketing and communication;
    • Support the upskilling of operational actors in B2B marketing and communication;

    Manage the updates of the offer and investor pages on afd.fr and promote them to clients and prospects.

    Foster our marketing community of practice among AFD agents.

    Who are we looking for?

    • Business school, IEP, or university graduate with a Bac +4/5 level;
    • Significant experience in a marketing department;
    • Experience in banking or international cooperation sectors is a plus;
    • Excellent command of the MS Office suite;
    • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; Spanish is a plus;
    • Rigorous and creative;
    • Ability to work on projects in an international environment;
    • Team player with good interpersonal skills;

    Contract details: Fixed-term contract of 6 months starting October 2025.

    Which team will you join?

    Within the context of the Group AFD's growing visibility, the Communication Department (CMN) aims to:

    • Accountability on actions and results in France;
    • Raise awareness and educate about development and international solidarity;
    • Communication B2B within the network;
    • Internal communication.

    The REO division supports and collaborates closely with other CMN units, focusing on supporting operational teams and agency networks. The B2B marketing and communication team within REO produces visibility tools for the Group's offerings, supports promotional activities, and analyzes the Group's positioning. Under the supervision of the marketing team leader, the main mission is to support the network, operational departments, mobilization and partnership, and finance departments with their marketing and B2B communication needs.
