Une agence de développement internationale basée à Paris recherche un chargé de marketing B2B pour soutenir la mise en œuvre de sa stratégie de communication. Vous devrez coordonner des actions, analyser le positionnement de l'agence et développer des outils de formation. Le candidat idéal est diplômé Bac +4/5, avec une expérience en marketing et une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme Bac +4/5 en marketing ou équivalent.
  • Expérience significative dans un département marketing.
  • Expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou de la coopération internationale est un plus.

Responsabilités

  • Coordonner et réaliser les actions de communication B2B.
  • Réaliser un suivi hebdomadaire et rédiger un rapport mensuel.
  • Participer aux activités transversales et discussions sur l'innovation financière.
  • Développer des programmes de formation en marketing et communication B2B.
  • Gérer l'animation des pages d'offre sur afd.fr.

Description du poste

JOB TITLE

What will be your role?

  1. Support the network in its B2B marketing needs: Ensure coordination and implementation of B2B communication actions with on-site agencies and other Group subsidiaries (Proparco and EF) in line with the Group's Strategic Orientation Plan and marketing strategy; Produce and deploy tools dedicated to promoting the AFD Group's offerings to its various targets; Work closely with service providers to implement visibility tools in different languages.
  2. Analyze AFD's positioning: Conduct weekly monitoring using the AFD Watch tool and draft a monthly report highlighting key points about AFD and a panel of development institutions; Conduct and contribute to thematic benchmarks.
  3. Support other divisions through participation in cross-functional activities: Engage in financial innovation discussions and contribute to implementing selected initiatives; Help enhance and expand the marketing service offerings.
  4. Assist and manage the dissemination of marketing and B2B communication tools: Develop and support the creation of training programs in marketing and B2B communication within the overall AFD training plan; Supervise and contribute to the creation of training sessions to meet operational needs in marketing and communication; Support the overall skill development of operational actors in B2B marketing and communication; Manage the animation of the offer and investor pages on afd.fr and contribute to their promotion to clients and prospects; Lead our marketing community of practice among AFD agents.

Who are we looking for?

  • Business School, IEP, or University graduate with a Bac +4/5 level.
  • Significant experience in a marketing department.
  • Experience in the banking sector or international cooperation is a plus.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in French and English, both oral and written; Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Rigor and creativity.
  • Ability to work in project mode in an international environment.
  • Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.

6-month fixed-term contract starting October 2025.

In the context of the Group AFD's increasing prominence and visibility, the Communication Department (CMN) aims to:

  • Accountability for actions and results in France.
  • Raising awareness and education on development and international solidarity.
  • B2B communication within the network.
  • Internal communication.

The department comprises four entities; the REO division closely supports other CMN units. It stands out for its support activities for operational teams and agency networks. Within REO, the B2B marketing and communication team is tasked with producing visibility tools for the Group's Offer, supporting activity promotion, and analyzing the Group's positioning. Under the authority of the Marketing Lead, the role's main mission is to support the network, operational divisions, mobilization and partnership, and finance departments with their B2B marketing and communication needs.
