About the Team :

During the next year, we will continue to establish a world-class digital team of thinkers, makers, and doers to ensure digital and technology is at the heart of our business. We want you to bring your expertise, knowledge, ideas, entrepreneurial spirit, and experience to make a significant impact and help build and shape this with us from an early stage.

As part of expanding the Digital and Technology organization, we are building a team of DevOps tooling engineers who can drive engineering effectiveness across our product engineering teams. We seek DevOps tool engineers for all our tool stack, with various levels of experience.

What you will be working on :

• Work on building a Kubernetes Developer platform to enable developer teams in the company.
• Take on an ambassador / consultant role to assist application teams by providing advice and hands-on help in improving observability and monitoring.
• Implement pipelines to automatically build, test, and deploy with Azure DevOps, GitHub actions, and similar tools.
• Automate functional / performance tests with tools such as Postman.
• Develop pipelines and / or self-service portals to automate common admin tasks.

How we are working :

We support many application teams across the company. This involves a great deal of stakeholder management. It is important that you are collaborative and good at maintaining a positive relationship with our partner teams.

You will join a small international agile team in which everyone has a voice on the direction.

We start our sprints with a planning session, have daily scrum meetings, and conclude the sprint with a demo in which we celebrate our achievements.

We work in an environment where not everything is defined up front, but where we learn as we go (you are curious and eager to learn).

You may have experience with some of the following tools :

• K8S and AKS - must have.
• Observability and monitoring : New Relic, OpsGenie.
• Infrastructure as code : Helm, Terraform.
• Testing : Postman.

But above all, you are a curious person who likes to try out and learn about different technologies. We are always evaluating what we use to improve our work.
