The role involves managing online distribution and customer service across 17 European countries, working within a team of over 70 professionals divided into specialized groups.
The successful candidate will be part of a front office team dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction both online and in retail stores, primarily serving Northern European countries such as the UK, Benelux, and Nordics. The environment emphasizes collaboration, team spirit, and mutual support.
This position offers fixed-term and permanent contracts, 35 hours and 30 minutes weekly, based in Paris (12th arrondissement).
