Hermès is seeking a bilingual customer advisor fluent in Dutch and English for its European e-commerce and customer relations center. The role involves managing online distribution and customer service across 17 European countries, working within a team of over 70 professionals divided into specialized groups.

The successful candidate will be part of a front office team dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction both online and in retail stores, primarily serving Northern European countries such as the UK, Benelux, and Nordics. The environment emphasizes collaboration, team spirit, and mutual support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage interactions with European e-commerce customers from start to finish, including order processing, advising, and sales development.
2. Proactively contact clients to enhance service quality.
3. Serve as the main contact for customers reaching out to European stores via phone, email, or chat, providing product details, procedures, and follow-up support.

Candidate Profile

• Empathetic, service-oriented, with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills in Dutch and English.
• Assertive, analytical, autonomous, with strong stress management and prioritization skills.
• Proficient with office tools, collaborative, and experienced in hotel, retail, or e-commerce sectors, especially with international clients.

This position offers fixed-term and permanent contracts, 35 hours and 30 minutes weekly, based in Paris (12th arrondissement).
