Une entreprise internationale leader dans le diagnostic in vitro recherche un technicien de support PLD pour rejoindre son équipe à La Balme. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme technique Bac+2 et une compréhension d'outils informatiques variés, tout en étant organisé et autonome. Cette mission inclut la gestion de la documentation technique et la publication des livrables dans des systèmes de gestion documentaire.

Qualifications

• Diplôme technique Bac+2 ou expérience équivalente dans le domaine de la qualité, de la documentation ou de l'informatique.
• Connaissance des diagnostics in vitro ou des industries hautement réglementées préférée.
• Capacité à comprendre et à naviguer dans les systèmes informatiques complexes.

Responsabilités

• Maintenir des données dans des systèmes IT spécifiques à l'entreprise.
• Effectuer des contrôles de qualité tout au long des processus.
• Contribuer à la mise à jour de la documentation produit.

Our Product Labeling and Documentation (PLD) department is looking for a PLD Support Technician for a 6 month CDD, in La Balme or Craponne, reporting to the Support Team Manager within the PLD Operational Hub France.

You will be part of a team of 5 colleagues responsible for managing technical product documentation after the drafting of the master document. This includes translations, documentation availability, archiving, quality control, and labeling for all bioMérieux products manufactured at our industrial sites.

What will be your missions ?

• Maintain data in business-specific IT systems (databases, approval workflows, translation systems, etc.),

• Perform quality checks throughout the processes and across various IT tools,

• Contribute to updating product documentation in existing IT systems,

• Manage these activities using our authoring tool (Content Management System) based on Oxygen, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio), Adobe Creative Suite, and our ERP (SAP),

• Publish deliverables in our document management system (LiveLink) and make them available on the customer portal,

• Archive documentation files.

Who are you?

• You have a 2-year technical degree (Bac+2) or equivalent experience in quality, documentation, or IT fields,

• English minimum level B1 – strong reading comprehension required, spoken communication depending on the project),

• You are able to understand and navigate complex IT systems to carry out various activities (document searches, file handling, database entry),

• You are organized and detail-oriented, able to manage numerous files at different stages of the process in parallel,

• Adaptable and proactive, your ability to integrate and work within a team is essential,

• Autonomous, you can plan and manage your workload in coordination with coordinators, writers, and translation specialists,

• Knowledge of in vitro diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries is preferred,

• Familiarity with tools like TWD (change control), LiveLink (LLDC DCA), and SAP is highly appreciated,

• Occasional inter-site travel to La Balme may be required, depending on assigned projects (around once per month).
