Le candidat idéal aura plus de 8 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, sera capable de gérer les relations fournisseurs et d'optimiser les coûts. Une formation d'un niveau Bac +5, de solides compétences en négociation et en analyse sont requises, ainsi qu'une maîtrise de l'anglais.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Category Manager Traded Goods for our headquarters in La Défense.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Build and implement sourcing strategies on Traded Goods categories.
• Define key sub-categories within Traded Goods and develop strategies accordingly.
• Optimize the supplier panel through tenders, negotiations, and portfolio management.
• Drive productivity initiatives to achieve cost savings.
• Monitor suppliers and markets to mitigate risks and rationalize the supply base.
• Enhance sourcing performance via co-sourcing and make-or-buy assessments.
• Manage supplier performance and relationships, ensuring CSR and quality standards.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Support sales promotions and product portfolio rationalization.
• Coordinate team workload and support operational buyers across countries.
• Provide monthly KPI reports on savings and performance.

The profile we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or MBA degree preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Procurement, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Analytical and structured approach.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and adaptability.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Willingness to travel 25-30% within Europe.
• Background in chemical industry preferred.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
