Job summary

Mars in France is seeking a Category Manager to lead the commercial relationship and category growth for the AURA alliance with Intermarché, Auchan and Casino. You’ll bridge negotiation, category leadership and data analytics while partnering with cross-functional teams to turn consumer insights into growth strategies.

Requirements include 1–2 years in category or revenue management, strong data intuition, and English ability (B1/B2). Expect promotion planning and omnichannel growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Solid FMCG or large retail background with 1–2 years in Category Management, KAM or SRM/promotions.
• Ability to turn data into actionable commercial insights using Nielsen/Kantar panels.
• Track record of recommending category strategies across assortment, promotions, pricing and placement.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead Joint Business Plan to drive NSV growth across assigned banners.
• Translate market data into category stories and tailored recommendations.
• Own promotional plans, ensure budget discipline and ROI tracking.
• Build partnerships with customer central buying offices and exec teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Identify omnichannel growth opportunities across stores and digital channels.
