Job summary

Mars France is seeking a Category Manager for the Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel site to lead commercial relations and growth for the AURA alliance with Intermarché, Auchan, and Casino. You will bridge commercial negotiation, category leadership, and data analytics with cross-functional teams to deliver joint business value.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Category Management, KAM or Revenue Management in FMCG/retail.
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable commercial insights with Nielsen/Kantar.
• Proven track record in category recommendations across assortment, promotions, pricing and placement.
• Strong negotiation and customer-facing skills with retail offices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence, English ability (B1/B2).

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the Joint Business Plan to grow Net Sales Value with assigned banners.
• Translate market data into category stories and recommendations across levers.
• Own and negotiate promotional plans with budget discipline and ROI.
• Build trusted partnerships with customer central buying offices for joint initiatives.
• Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Supply Chain and Category Leadership in S&OP cycles.
• Identify omnichannel growth opportunities across physical stores and digital channels.
