H is seeking a Catalyst to join our early-stage AI startup and help push the boundaries of superintelligence. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify what matters, structure complex problems, and drive execution to deliver outcomes.

The role demands an exceptional track record in demanding environments and the ability to operate without a playbook, delivering high-quality results with urgency and accountability. Location is Paris/London with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Outstanding track record in a demanding environment (venture capital, strategy consulting, fast-growing startup, founder/operator).
• Exceptional ownership, autonomy, and execution speed with limited guidance.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills enabling clear communication across teams and with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority strategic and operational projects from start to finish.
• Turn ambiguity into clear action by structuring problems and aligning stakeholders.
• Drive execution hands-on, removing bottlenecks across product, engineering, research, GTM and operations.
• In early months, own several high-impact topics and raise the operating level of the company.
