Farfetch is seeking a Catalogue Analytics Specialist to maximize our online catalogue by identifying gaps, streamlining processes, and driving data-informed decisions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure catalogue completeness and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in operations/analytics, advanced Excel, and Python, with a proactive, results-driven mindset and strong stakeholder management. This is a on-site role based in Porto, Portugal.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinker with attention to detail.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or related field.
• Comfortable working with data to uncover insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Curious and eager to learn, able to grasp complex systems.
• Structured, proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills and Python experience.

Responsabilités

• Deeply understand catalogue processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Use data-driven insights to diagnose issues and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Integrations, Operations, and Analytics.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure accountability.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making for catalogue growth.
