Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a dedicated store operations associate to handle customer transactions, assist shoppers, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. You will support cashiers, process deposits, and balance drawers while ensuring compliance with all policies.

Qualifications

• Basic math and counting skills.
• Familiarity with cash handling and tender policies.
• Knowledge of laws for alcohol, tobacco and lottery sales.
• Awareness of AML and other monetary regulations.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Courteous and professional with customers at all times.
• Team-oriented and able to work flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Process customer transactions and money flow in store office.
• Assist customers with locating products and price verifications.
• Balance cash drawers and perform deposits and logs.
• Handle money orders, refunds, and other tender activities.
• Operate cash register and provide efficient checkout.
• Adhere to safety, cash handling, and company policies.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve complaints.
• Support cashiers and maintain store office efficiency.

Formation

Minimum age 16

AML certification

TABC/LACT/AATC where applicable

HIPAA certification
