What will your role be?

Research & Development

• Foster a culture of curiosity and entrepreneurialism as well as continuous improvement
• Research, ideate and prototype opportunities that advance our competitive offering
• Innovate and propose cost effective technical solutions to address business challenges such as improvement of development, processes and governance standards.

Architecture & Engineering

• Set the vision and build upon an engineering culture
• Create technical and solution design architectures that form next generation products and platforms, including prototype development, complex platform integrations, environments, and cloud infrastructure
• Work with local, nearshore, and offshore teams, managing round-the-clock development
• Design software that scales against team and client requirements

Governance & Quality

• Manage existing development and QA teams, internal & external, through governance processes ensuring high-quality final products
• Form highly effective development teams within a distributed agile framework
• Lead code and technical design reviews to ensure optimal work delivery
• Ensure procedures, security compliance, documentation, and control are followed and improved
• Utilize strong technical experience to resolve escalated issues

Client Engagement

• Build trust with clients, from marketing managers to CTOs, and inspire confidence in future solutions
• Motivate stakeholders and teams to identify needs and deliver high-performance IT infrastructures and applications
• Communicate complex technical features and benefits effectively to stakeholders

Business Development

• Contribute to new business opportunities with innovative and creative solutions
• Increase awareness of the company in the tech community and establish industry leadership

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience
• Experience in A&D related industry
• Ability to communicate effectively at C-Level
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Organizational skills to manage teams and projects
• Knowledge of industry processes and 3DS Solutions portfolio
• Experience in pre-sales and project delivery
• Knowledge of DS ecosystem and network activation abilities
