Job Description:

Carhartt WIP, part of the WIP Trading AG family-owned business group, started as a licensee and European distributor of US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. It now develops its own collections based on workwear originals, aiming to evolve while staying true to its roots. Over the past two decades, the business has grown organically, shaped by its customers, brand culture, and dedicated employees.

For our store in Annecy, we are seeking an Assistant Store Manager (m/f/x).

Tasks

• Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations
• Serve as acting manager in the absence of the Store Manager
• Implement company procedures and directives
• Achieve sales targets
• Support staff in product knowledge to deliver excellent customer service
• Mentor sales staff to meet sales goals and provide feedback
• Participate in staff recruitment, training, and development
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure timely processing of deliveries

Requirements

• Ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player mentality
• Fluent in French; English skills are a plus
