Your mission at the heart of the Endo Unit

You will join our digestive and pulmonary endoscopy unit, comprising 2 intervention rooms and a dedicated processing site. Currently made up of 3 nurses, the team is looking for its future pillar to ensure excellence in care.

Your technical responsibilities:

• Operating assistance: Direct collaboration with our gastroenterologists (Dr Piera, Dr Santoni, Dr Sauch, Dr Ville, etc.) for diagnostic and interventional procedures (polypectomies, biopsies, haemostasis).
• Management of endoscopic equipment: Handling and checking video columns and flexible endoscopes.
• Health & Safety: Complete control of the high‑level disinfection cycle (cleaning, disinfection in endoscope washer, rigorous traceability).
• Patient pathway: Reception, installation and post‑examination monitoring in liaison with the anaesthesia team.

Profile required

The profile we're looking for

• Experience: You have at least 1 year experience in the technical platform (endoscopy, operating theatre or intensive care unit) OR you have undergone specific training in endoscopic surgery.
• Technicality: You are at ease with complex medical devices and hospital hygiene protocols.
• Team spirit: With 3 people, communication and mutual support are essential. You appreciate structures where decisions are taken together.
• Commitment: You are willing to be on call (1 week out of 3) to ensure the safety of emergency services in the Ajaccio area.
