Alt Platform Inc. is seeking a hands-on Vault Operator for our Delaware onsite vault on the second shift. You will receive, photograph, catalog, store, and ship cards, ensuring accuracy and security. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and reliability are essential.

You’ll collaborate with product and data teams to improve workflows, draft SOPs, and participate in card shows. A physical role requiring standing, lifting, and consistent attendance with potential travel to events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume operational environment (warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, etc.).
• Attention to detail as a habit and a system you followed to catch mistakes.
• Reliability: second shift, onsite, consistent attendance.

Responsabilités

• Intake and outtake: receive shipments, verify, photograph, digitize, catalog, shelve, then pull/pack/ship.
• Protect the inventory with accurate counts and chain of custody.
• Improve processes by identifying slow or error-prone steps and proposing fixes.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to improve tooling.
• Handle card shows and events on the floor when traveling.
