Carbonfact is seeking a Carbon Analyst intern starting January 2027 to join our Paris office. You will support the Customer Operations team on Corporate Carbon Accounting projects, handling real data and customer accounts.

You'll gain hands-on experience in carbon accounting, develop analytical and organizational skills in a fast-growing startup, and have the potential for a full-time CDI offer based on performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in France.
• At least 6 months of prior internship experience.
• Proficient with data: Excel/Google Sheets at minimum; data analysis exposure is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Curious, proactive, and receptive to feedback.
• High fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Support the Customer Operations team on customer accounts (e.g., processing and structuring data, triaging questions).
• Analyze CCA reports and explain changes and trends to customers.
• Report bugs and test new features before product releases; provide customer perspectives to Product team.
