Magnicity, based in Paris, seeks a Director of Capital Projects and Asset Management to lead construction, renovation and development worldwide. You will ensure safety, quality, budgets and timelines, coordinating teams and partners to sustain asset value and performance.

Reporting to the Group Director of Operations, you will travel regularly and align with Product, Operations and Customer Experience teams to seamless transitions from project to operation.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of experience in construction management, client-side project management, or asset management.
• Experience leading complex construction, renovation or fit-out projects; investments >€10 million valued.
• Hospitality, leisure, retail, airports, mixed-use or investment experience is a plus.
• Proficient in project portfolio management, budgets, contracts, risk management and coordinating external partners.
• Collaborative, results-oriented leadership with ability to align stakeholders and deliver outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead construction, renovation and fit-out projects from feasibility to delivery.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and partners.
• Conduct feasibility studies and due diligence for acquisitions and expansions.
• Define investment roadmaps, maintenance programs and asset lifecycle strategies.
• Prepare budgets, oversee procurement and contracts, ensure governance compliance.
• Report progress, investment performance and risks to senior leadership.
• Ensure integration of projects with operations and visitor experience.
