A leading consultancy firm is seeking Capacity Building and Peer Exchange Facilitators for a new EU project. Successful candidates will develop training modules, promote knowledge-sharing, and support structural reforms across EU Member States, leveraging extensive experience in public sector training.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in peer-learning or training for regulators or public sector institutions.
  • Experience working across multiple EU jurisdictions is preferred.

Capacity Building and Peer Exchange Facilitator

Location : Europe

Duration : Task-based over 24 months

Estimated Workload : Short-term assignments / task-based consultancy

About the Opportunity : We are creating a pool of Capacity Building and Peer Exchange Facilitators for a new FWC Contract : EC-SG REFORM / 2025 / OP / 0001 : Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member State. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and deliver up to four peer exchange and capacity building modules (2 NCAs per Member State).
  • Facilitate training on platform use, common terminology, and deployment of SupTech use cases.
  • Promote best practices and support knowledge-sharing across NCAs.
  • Coordinate logistics and feedback mechanisms for learning sessions.

Qualifications :

  • Background in adult learning, digital innovation, or supervisory training.
  • 5+ years of experience in peer-learning or training for regulators or public sector institutions.
  • Strong facilitation, workshop design, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working across multiple EU jurisdictions is preferred.
