Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Manage major parts of FPSO/FSO projects such as Topsides Modules, Vessel Conversion, Turret, etc., focusing on construction aspects including fabrication and services.
• Drive subcontractors to meet project targets effectively.
• Coordinate and supervise the Construction Team activities for assigned project sections.

Main Tasks

• Prepare scope of work and participate in the development of the Construction Execution Plan, ensuring clarity for the Site Team.
• Organize, schedule, and oversee Construction Team activities.
• Ensure safety and efficiency in all construction operations.
• Adhere to project contracts and specifications, ensuring compliance.
• Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
• Enforce QA and HSE procedures among construction personnel.
• Monitor and report on construction progress and safety performance.
• Provide guidance and training needs assessment for construction staff.
• Participate in updating procedures, instructions, and lessons learned documentation.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for team members.

Job Requirements

• University degree or technical diploma in Engineering or Materials Science.
• At least 15 years of experience in offshore Construction or Project Management, especially with FPSO/FSO vessels.
