Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Manage major parts of FPSO/FSO projects such as Topsides Modules, Vessel Conversion, Turret, etc., focusing on construction aspects including fabrication and services.
- Drive subcontractors to meet project targets effectively.
- Coordinate and supervise the Construction Team activities for assigned project sections.
Main Tasks
- Prepare scope of work and participate in the development of the Construction Execution Plan, ensuring clarity for the Site Team.
- Organize, schedule, and oversee Construction Team activities.
- Ensure safety and efficiency in all construction operations.
- Adhere to project contracts and specifications, ensuring compliance.
- Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
- Enforce QA and HSE procedures among construction personnel.
- Monitor and report on construction progress and safety performance.
- Provide guidance and training needs assessment for construction staff.
- Participate in updating procedures, instructions, and lessons learned documentation.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations for team members.
Job Requirements
- University degree or technical diploma in Engineering or Materials Science.
- At least 15 years of experience in offshore Construction or Project Management, especially with FPSO/FSO vessels.
