Institut Curie, an internationally renowned cancer research center in France, seeks an Assistant Engineer in biology to contribute to the development of therapeutic molecules. The role focuses on culture of adherent cell lines, cytotoxicity and proliferation tests, RNA extraction, and close collaboration with researchers to advance the project.

Candidate must have Bac+2 to Bac+3 and 1–2 years of cell culture experience, with English level B1–B2, and a strong sense of rigor and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: Bac+2 to Bac+3 (BTS/Professional License/BUT).
• Experience: 1–2 years in practical cell culture.
• Knowledge: cell and molecular biology; write a laboratory notebook.

Responsabilités

• Maintain adherent cell culture (BS2).
• Perform cytotoxicity, proliferation and invasion assays.
• Extract RNA and conduct RT-qPCR and analyses.
• Collaborate with researchers to analyze data and progress the project.
