Institut Curie - Research Center is seeking an Assistant Engineer in biology to contribute to a project developing therapeutic molecules. The role involves cell culture, RNA extraction, and collaboration with researchers to drive results.

The candidate should have Bac + 2/3 and 1–2 years in cell culture, with English level B1-B2, and strong rigor and autonomy within a dynamic team. This is a full-time, 39-hour position in France with competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

• Education: Bac + 2 to Bac + 3 (BTS - Professional License - BUT).
• Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of practical experience in cell culture.
• Knowledge: Cell and molecular biology; ability to analyze results and write a lab notebook.

Responsabilités

• Culture adherent cell lines (BS2).
• Perform cytotoxicity tests.
• Perform proliferation and invasion tests.
• RNA extraction and downstream analyses (RT-qPCR).
• Collaborate with researchers to analyze data and progress the project.
