We are seeking a dynamic Demand Generation Manager/Campaign Manager to lead our inbound lead generation efforts across digital channels. As the key driver of our digital marketing strategy, you will implement and execute programs such as SEM, display, retargeting, social media, content syndication, paid webinars, and account-based marketing. Your primary objective will be to drive high-quality leads that convert into revenue and continuously optimize our marketing funnel for greater efficiency.
In this role, you'll focus on generating new leads and enhancing our marketing automation and nurturing processes across email, content, and social media. You will collaborate closely with sales to establish closed-loop analytics, refining the process that turns inbound marketing efforts into tangible customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of inbound demand generation strategies that drive business growth.
- Own and implement the company’s demand generation strategy, working closely with senior leadership, sales, and global teams.
- Collaborate with business development to assess and select key industry events, driving event strategy and management.
- Analyze market trends and respond with tactical marketing initiatives that align with our business goals.
- Manage and enhance our social media presence with strategic direction, driving engagement and awareness.
- Ensure alignment with global teams to exchange insights and maintain consistent messaging across all regions.
- Oversee the management, development, and maintenance of our owned digital channels, including the website and social media.
- Establish and report on key marketing metrics such as CAC, lead conversion rates, and lead-to-SQL ratios to drive continuous improvement.
- Native French speaker with fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Degree in marketing or a related field, with at least [X] years of experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, or similar systems.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of sales metrics.
- Experience in driving inbound demand generation for enterprise software or technology platforms.
- Solid understanding of online marketing techniques, including social media, data management, and lead nurturing.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multicultural teams.
- Certifications in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and marketing automation systems (Pardot, Marketo, or Eloqua) are highly desirable.
