Description du poste

The project for which the hiring is done is in the field of tourism, for the largest tour operator in Europe.
Thus, the requirements are:

managing and resolving requests received from customers, both by phone and email
the proposal of suitable offers for the requests/needs of the clients
providing relevant and correct information about the company’s products and services
processing reservations made online, by submitting documents and tracking statuses
checking completed reservations, contacting and informing clients for various situations: due dates, changes, travel documents
the use of systems necessary for daily activity
compliance with work processes and procedures
initiating phone calls in order to promote, convince and sell the company’s products and services.

to have good verbal and written communication skills
