1. Leading external business development and design solutions for French / German parcel logistics customers.

2. Analyze and collect local market intelligence, generating integrated analysis to support the business.

1. 3. Meet customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery and lowest cost-to-service product transportation to the final destination; deal with daily claims related to FR local and Europe regional operations.
2. 4. Support business development for local logistics resources and manage related processes and documentation.
3. 5. Follow the process for logistics solutions with the Europe and China teams, including procurement, IT, product, and customer service.
