Job Description

Do you want to be the first contact with the customer and play an important role in generating leads, supporting the Cadillac Senior Sales Advisor, and maintaining relationships? What you can expect in this role :
  1. Drive business growth: Serve as the first point of contact for customers by welcoming them and creating a positive first impression of Cadillac, both onsite and digitally.
  2. Provide initial information: Help customers understand Cadillac ownership, products, and purchase options.
  3. Lead generation: Convert inquiries into test drives, configurations, and orders.
  4. Conduct test drives: Schedule and perform test drives, collaborating closely with the Sales Advisor.
  5. Manage customer database: Contact prospective buyers, perform needs analysis, and update CRM systems.
  6. Point of sale ownership: Run errands, maintain brand standards at touchpoints.
  7. Brand ambassador: Support local events, activate networks, and promote EVs to generate leads and grow the business.
What you bring to this role:
  1. Experience in premium/luxury retail sales or hospitality; automotive experience is a plus.
  2. B-driver’s license.
  3. Passion for EVs and Cadillac.
  4. Strong communication, empathy, persuasiveness, and stress management skills.
  5. Proactive, hands-on approach with customers and team focus.
  6. Flexibility to work Monday – Saturday, five-day work week.
  7. Fluent in French and English.
Location & Work Arrangement

This role is onsite, requiring the successful candidate to report to the store in Lyon full-time.
