We are seeking an Interior Architect / Project Manager to join our creative retail design team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of our retail design projects.

Role requirements

Responsibilities

• Produce technical plans for retail, hospitality, stands, pop-ups, events, and projects: Pre-design, SD, DD (ESQ, APS, APD).
• Lead SD and DD phases, prepare specification books.
• Translate creative sketches into 2D/3D drawings based on documents produced by the design team (3D images, sketches, drawings).
• Support creative concepts with technical solutions.
• Prepare presentation documents (guidelines) with sketches and technical plans.
• Research references, images, materials, finishes, architectural and furniture details.
• Collaborate with the internal design team and external designers and suppliers.
• Participate in client calls.

Qualities & characteristics

• Degree in architecture/interior architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (blocks, parameters, etc.).
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of rendering software (Vray, Keyshot) is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety standards: ERP, PMR.
• Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Luxury industries.
• Hand drawing skills and sketching ability.
• Professional level in English.
• Meticulous and autonomous.
• Enjoys working in a team.
• Adaptable, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
