A reputable company involved in providing specialist procurement and technical services to the mining & quarry, construction & processing industries is looking for a Sales Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Receiving of Client Requisition and submitting of Quotation from and to Clients in the West African Sub Region and beyond
• Acknowledge all purchase Orders, submit Proforma Invoice for the preparation of Import License by Clients
• Submit Sales Invoice, Packing List and Certificate of Origin to Cotecna for Physical / Documentary Inspection purposes
• Liaise with the various freight forwarders and Inspection Companies in their respective countries to ensure Items purchased by Client is inspected before reaching their respectful destination.
• Manage the Resident Manager’s office and coordinate with all sections/departments in the company for the achievement of the company’s objectives.
• Directly responsible for all project proposal write-ups and liaising externally with overseas contacts
• Management of import/export operations
• Handle special Client projects as may be directed by the Resident Manager
• Ensure all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are submitted and filed on time in the Resident Manager’s office
• Management of credit to specific clients.
