Job Description & Role Responsibilities

About Team :

CATIA Structure Design team is part of CATIA Design & Engineering R&D organization. It is located in Daegu, Korea. The team is mainly working on development and maintenance for CATIA Structure Functional Design, CATIA Structure Design, CATIA Steel Outfitting Design, and CATIA Steel Connection Design Applications across Marine & Offshore, Infrastructure Energy & Material, and Architecture Engineering & Construction Industries.

Main role :

The key mission is to develop 3D design applications that enable large project designing for heavy industries such as Marine & Offshore, Infrastructure Energy & Material, and Architecture Engineering & Construction.

As part of “CATIA R&D”, you will be responsible for specifying and developing core/specialized engineering applications in 3DEXPERIENCE, Dassault Systèmes’ business experience platform, including automatic tests to ensure architecture integrity and application performance.

You will provide Generative Experience with Artificial Intelligence for global customers in CATIA Structure design applications.

Develop 3D modeling (design) and PLM applications, maintain existing CATIA Structure applications, review requirements, define specifications, implement, and test products.

You will collaborate with global R&D teams and departments to ensure consistent development on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and work closely with industry customers and focal points.

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent software development experience.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and development processes.

Clear knowledge of the software development life cycle.

Good communication and documentation skills in English.

Approximately 10 years of professional software development experience.
