The Opportunity

We are seeking a junior Compensation specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Group C&B Global Processes Director, this role will be instrumental in providing analytical support at the Group level, with a particular focus on Budget setting, Salary Review process and the correlated processes that are Salary Ranges and Grading. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support the Budget setting process: analyze the market trends, business requirements
  • Roll out the Annual Salary Review across the Group
  • Refresh Salary Ranges, analyze Worldline positioning evolutions in each countries
  • Provide support to the larger C&B community and HRBPs in matters of Grading
  • Participate to the global bonus campaigns
  • Handle wages and salaries reporting and analysis
  • Support salary ranges automation initiatives
  • Perform data consolidation and reconciliation
  • Conduct cross-functional and geographical analysis as needed

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits function
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with SuccessFactors (HCM) or similar HRIS systems
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Results-driven approach with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with proactive attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work in a matrix/multi-country environment
  • Fluency in both French and English with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
