This position reports to the Global Category Manager.

The Global Sourcing & Procurement department manages third-party spend for Information Technologies, Insurance Procurement, and General Expenses. The “General Expenses” team seeks a buyer responsible for various global spend areas – Travel, Workplace, and Facilities Management – under the guidance of category experts.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting Category Managers and Leads in supplier identification, evaluation, and selection to meet procurement needs effectively.
• Conducting sourcing activities on medium-risk projects, including RFPs, RFQs, and negotiations, ensuring balanced contracts.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including Legal, Risk, Information Security, and Data Privacy teams.
• Supporting the delivery of category plans, sourcing events, and contract management through market research.
• Preparing reports on category performance, savings, and supplier metrics.
• Promoting adoption of procurement policies and supporting process improvements.
• Collaborating with the Sustainable Procurement team to enhance supplier diversity and sustainability practices.
• Streamlining procurement processes for operational efficiency.
• Engaging in continuous learning about procurement trends and market dynamics.

Qualifications and skills required:

• End-to-end procurement knowledge, experience in indirect procurement within an international environment.
• Skills in results-driven execution, multicultural stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• Fluency in English; French and other languages are a plus.
• Strategic and tactical thinking, excellent communication skills, data analysis experience, and a learning mindset.
